Back then, almost nobody in my circle knew the app. I was logging trails in Germany, alone, talking to myself in numbers and even my friends used to talk, if you are not strava then you have not Hiked 😅

People often ask me, 🤔
“How do you find time to manage all of this?”

Truth is… everyone has the same 24 hours.
And almost everyone is busy.

➡️ Some are carrying family responsibilities.
➡️ Some are trying to survive mentally while fighting battles nobody can see.
➡️ Some are stuck in routines that slowly drain their energy and purpose.

But in the end, if we stop showing up for ourselves… who really loses?
Only us.

Balancing work, training, recovery, self-learning and life commitments is not about having extra time. It is about deciding what deserves your energy.

50 hours of work.
15 hours of training.
10 hours of learning.
Commute, recovery, sleep cycle — all managed within the same week everyone else gets.

Not because life is perfectly organized.
Not because motivation magically appears every morning.

But because discipline quietly takes over when excuses become too comfortable.

The reality is — it is never impossible to get involved in a discipline despite a demanding schedule. What is difficult is breaking the habit of spending hours on things that add no value to your life, body or mindset.

Every small decision compounds.
Every early morning compounds.
Every session nobody sees compounds.

The goal was never just Hyrox or endurance events.
The goal is becoming someone who can consistently show up despite chaos.

Because consistency is a lifestyle before it ever becomes a result. 🌅

In a world full of noise, stress, deadlines, distractions, and chaos… taking care of your health is still non-negotiable.

Not every workout is aesthetic.
Not every session feels motivating.
Not every day feels “on track.”

I’m not very different from any random guy that suddenly pops up on your feed after a training session. No perfect environment. No secret formula. Just trying to become a little stronger, healthier, and mentally tougher every single day.

What most people don’t realize is that fitness is never only about the body.

It’s about learning to stay committed even when life feels messy ❤️

Whether your goal is endurance, athletic performance, HYROX, running, strength training, or simply becoming healthier as you grow older — everything starts with one decision:

To begin.

I'm officially licensed to coach Hyrox — in person, virtually, and outdoors.The certification covers the full sport science behind one of the most demanding hybrid formats in the world: programming, periodization, biomechanics, nutrition, and race preparation that covers "Running, 8 Stations".

I'll soon open the collaboration opportunities when the right time arrives 😉

Why I chose this path →

Endurance has taught me more about physical and mental transformation than anything else I've done. The mountains gave me a foundation — long days, thin air, knowing when to push and when to hold back. That same wisdom translates beautifully to Hyrox. Hybrid sport isn't new to me. It's just the next way I get to share it.

First, I race. Hyrox Delhi, July 26. Coach who hasn't tested himself is just theory — and I want to apply everything I've learned before I open coaching to anyone else.

🏅 My ProCam Debut — TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 🏃‍♂️

What a morning to remember. The TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026 was my very first ProCam race debut — and crossing that finish line felt like everything.

It hasn't even been a month since I laced up seriously. 3 weeks of training. That's it. And yet here we are — medal around the neck, runner's high in full effect, and a heart full of gratitude.

A few people made this extra special —

💛 Akriti @consciousakriti — my partner in crime, stride for stride, the entire route. We didn't just run together, we finished together — same time, same spirit. Couldn't have asked for a better person to share this milestone with.

🙏 Coach Maruti @coach_mg_ultrarunner — 3 weeks under your guidance and I'm already crossing finish lines. That says everything about the kind of coach you are. This medal belongs to your belief in me too.

🤝 Vibha @vibhakiran , Pritam Da @wheelsotails , Soumik Da @ray.soumik87 & Swarnava — the group sync-up before the race set the perfect tone. Watching everyone perform so brilliantly out there was pure motivation. Stellar doesn't even begin to cover it. So proud of this crew. ❤️

And to top it all off — picked up the newly introduced Runner Passport as the ultimate souvenir by @airindiax . A little booklet that marks the beginning of a journey I intend to fill with many more stamps. 📖✨
